“An incredible trip!”

This was my first time using a travel company to coordinate all aspects of a trip. I usually do my own research, plan trips and book reservations myself. But this time, I decided to hire Fernando services. My decision turned out to be a great one.

Fernando is very professional to work with and takes all the stress out of planning a trip and traveling through a foreign country. He is extremely responsive and always available if needed.

But we didn't need him much once our trip started. Everything went very smoothly. He planned a perfect itinerary for my girlfriend and I based on our personal preferences. Having guides on the ground to help us in each region and transfer us to the next location was invaluable.

I strongly recommend Fernando if you are planning a trip to Argentina!

"Stress free and thoroughly enjoyable holiday in Argentina"

My husband and I and one other couple travelled to Argentina. We used the services of Fernando and Neila. They organised every detail of our itinerary,internal flights, hotels, excursions, tango shows and all pick up and transfers. Every request and inquiry was dealt with courteously and promptly by email. When we met them on our arrival they were outgoing, friendly and assured us that we would have a wonderful holiday, which we did!

We travelled all over Argentina and every pick up and transfer was on time and all the local agents used by Fernando were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and offered plenty of advice re local attractions, restaurants etc.
We had an issue with one hotel and a phone call to Fernando had it sorted immediately. One of our flights was delayed and we missed our ferry connection. Once again Fernando was on hand and in person came with us to the ferry port and changed the reservations. This was on a Sunday!

One of us had a significant birthday whilst in Argentina and Fernando organised a birthday cake even though we were several hundred miles from Buenos Aires!!! How is that for personal service!

All four of us would unhesitatingly recommend Fernando and Neila if you want to have a well organised, stress free and thoroughly enjoyable holiday in Argentina with a very personal touch that cannot be found with larger organisations.
