7 Lakes Route & San Martin de los Andes Tour: (full day)

Enjoy a full-day tour down the famous Seven Lakes Route through Argentina's famous Andes region. Discover the natural beauty of Patagonia and stop at various small villages along the way on this exciting trek through Patagonian nature.

Begin the tour at 08:00 from your hotel at San Carlos de Bariloche, and embark immediately on an exploration of the majestic north zone of the Nahuel Huapi´s National Park.

Curving around the north park of the Nahuel Huapi lake, make a brief stop at Villa La Angostura and stroll through the beautiful village to admire its architecture. Then, leaving behind the urban center and crossing the Correntoso river bridge, begin the majestic Seven Lakes Route. Traverse through dense forests and around colorful lakes and stop for photos before relaxing for a leisurely lunch in the city of San Martin de los Andes.

After lunch, continue down the riverside path of Lacar Lake and begin to make your way back through the La Rinconada paths, crossing through the village of Junín de Los Andes. Throughout the journey, appreciate the great steppe mountain extensions and the variety of wonderful Patagonian animals found in the region. End the tour crossing the beautiful Limay river valley (Valle Encantado) to Bariloche.
